NOTE 1 - Heart rate went sky high - got a bit choked up about my mum and why I'm doing race for life - it came down really quickly though - once I stopped being a silly kipper and concentrated on running!

NOTE 2 - My new treadmill has arrived - and is in kilometres not miles - and I'm too idle to do a thorough  conversion of the speed/distance so it's a bit approximate from here!
