C25k - The Return!


Due to injury  which resulted in a long "lay off" from running I've decided that the best way for me to get back into the swing of things is to start at the very beginning again - and re-do the C25k program that got me into running in the first place.  To keep me in check I've got myself a running buddy - my daughter Lee-Anne, who is running for the first time since she was at school. She has the same goal as me. To run the Race For Life for Cancer Research UK in July. As I've already done these workouts  I thought it'd be really interesting to see how things compare from 2011 to 2012.
