C25k - The Return!

After my rather depressing posts of the last week or so I thought it was about time to get back on track!

My doctor tells me that getting out running in the sunshine will be great for my bone health!
My chiropractor tells me that running gently (on treadmill or grass only) is now allowed!

Getting back to my half marathon training isn't on the agenda right now so I've gone right back to the start and have restarted my c25k training.  The bonus this time is - I KNOW that this is a do-able target and I KNOW that I will be running 5k again in time for the Race For Life (assuming I'm careful, take it easy and take my chiropractors advice)

It's bloody wonderful to get my running shoes on again
